Tyson Chandler knew it was coming ever since the New Orleans Hornets tried to trade him last season to the Oklahoma City Thunder, but he just didn't know where he was going to end up.

Now he knows as the Charlotte Bobcats agreed to swap big men by sending double-double machine Emeka Okafor to the Hornets inexchange for Tyson Chandler.

At first glance I wasn't sure what to make of this trade, but now I believe this trade will be benificial to both teams. Chandler should improve the Bobcats by helping them turn into an more run and gun kind of offense. Okafor on the other hand will help improve the Hornets by giving them more of a low post presence on both sides of the floor.

So in the end I think both teams improve and everyone will be happy next season.

You have to feel for someone that gets traded three times in the offseason and that is exactly what has happen to Quentin Richardson.

Just when Q thought he was going back to the team that drafted him and made him a fan favorite in the Los Angeles Clippers, his old team turns around and trades him yet again to the Minnesota Timberwolves for Sebastian Telfair, Mark Madsen and Craig Smith.

Now that is ruff! First you get traded from the lowly New York Knicks to the lowly Memphis Grizzles for Darko Milicic on draft night, then just when he probably started shopping for a home in Memphis he gets sent back to the Clippers where is career began which has been the most promising of the teams so far. After that you sent off once again, third time now, to the lowly Minnesota Timberwolves.

That has to be hard thing to handle, hopefully Q is just renting in Minnesota.

One of the few teams that don't need much improvement this offseason is the Denver Nuggets who looked as good as anyone in the playoffs last season. With that being said they are much like the Los Angeles Lakers who just need to keep their team intact inorder to compete at a high level once again and for the forseeable future.

The biggest offseason move they have to make this offseason is keeping their free agent sparkplug Chris "The Birdman" Anderson in Denver.

With The Birdman in the lineup and coming off the bench the Nuggets were one of the most dynamic, entertaining and best teams in the West last season. Anderson is the number one priority for the Nuggets this offseason, losing him to any other team, especially in the West, would be devastating.

Tonight's NBA Western Conference finals match up with the Denver Nuggets in Los Angeles to take on Kobe Bryant and the Lakers in game five of their series which is tied a two games a piece.

Denver established their bench dominance in game four with a huge 24 point game from JR Smith who was absolutely unstoppable from three point range. The Lakers have arguably the best bench in the league, but they have failed to prove that fact in this series as Kobe's supporting cast has struggled all series long.

Now the series heads to LA for a very important game five. The Lakers are favored in this game by six points and I think it is safe to say that they will cover that spread. So my advice, take the Lakers to take control of this series in game five and win by six or more points in game five.

As of right now the point spread between the Denver Nuggets and the Utah Jazz is 5 points in favor of the Nuggets.

This sounds just about right to me! There have only been a couple teams in the Western conference this season that have been consistently better than the Nuggets and the Utah Jazz is not one of them.

The Jazz have a great point guard and power forward in Carlos Boozer and Deron Williams, but as a team the Nuggets are by far the better team right now and should be able to cover the five point spread tonight.

I don't care what the spread is! The Boston Celtics are finally healthy with Kevin Garnett back in the lineup and the Los Angeles Clippers are still by far the worst talented team in the NBA.

I say talented team because if these guys: Chris Kaman, Marcus Camby, Baron Davis, Zach Randolph and Eric Gordon learned how to play together they could be one of the best teams in the league. And I ain't kidding either!

Fact is though, they are terrible. They play uninspired basketball and nobody wants to step up and be the leader (hint, hint BARON DAVIS!). The Celtics may still be licking their wounds, but they need a tune up game and no better team to do it to than the lowly Clippers.

This pick in Orlando +6 could be the beginning of the Eastern Conf. finals and Orlando's chances of giving the Cavs their 2nd home loss of this season is a good play.  Take the points and Orlando +6

With half the team out of the lineup for the Boston Celtics including Kevin Garnett and Rajon Rondo, the Miami Heat would be an easy pick for the winner here.

Not only are the Heat and Dwyane Wade playing at hig level right now, especially after that game winner, 48 point, 12 assist game by Wade, Miami is a no brainer to win this match up of Eastern conference heavyweights.

Although the Celtics are a deep team with Marbury, Moore and others on the bench, I don't think they can beat a Miami team on roll with Wade playing like the MVP!

Pistons have been playing good ball lately and especially at home.  They are 13-1 at home when playing Orlando.   I think this will be a big win for Detroit.    Take the Pistons, this is a Pickum game.

Florida St   Say it aint so.    This is not good news for Bowden.  He will be around for awhile now, that is if they remove  7 games won in 2007 which will put him behind Paterno by 8 games.   I suppose this academic scandle has happened to many schools, but this time Fl St got caught.   Some may say it's about time.
